Elizabeth Homrighaus

Welcome

Hello! I’m Mrs. Homrighaus and I am thrilled to be your child’s 1st and 2nd grade ELA teacher! I can’t wait to help your children grow and build a love for learning.

I recently graduated from Tarleton State University with my enhanced teaching certification from their yearlong residency. I have also worked as a preschool teacher and substitute. I am eager to apply what I have learned as well as continue to enhance my skills. These prior experiences also played a part in my passion that learning should spark curiosity and creativity. Our classroom works hard and uses our mistakes to learn more and build each other up.

Outside of work, I am a big fan of crafting and being outside. I have lived in the Granbury area most of my life, so I am thrilled to be a part of a close community nearby. I cannot wait to meet everyone and pour into future students.
