About Me

Welcome to 5th/6th Grade Math! My name is Mrs. Mashburn, and I am thrilled to be your math teacher this year. This is my first year teaching, and I am excited to begin this journey with such an amazing group of students.

My goal is to create a classroom where everyone feels welcome, supported, and confident in their ability to learn math. I believe that mistakes are opportunities to grow, and I encourage my students to ask questions, work hard, and never give up.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and loved ones. I can't wait to get to know each of you and partner with your families as we make this a fun, successful, and memorable school year. Here's to a fantastic year of learning and growing together!
